Social Thinking
As already mentioned, this website will give you a plethora of information on Social Thinking and the work of Michelle Garcia Winner. This is also where may useful books and other products may be purchased.
Autism Outreach Project
This organization provides resources for families and providers. Their extensive lending library is a feature offered by no other agency. They also provide training throughout the school year and help coordinate the Combined Summer Institute on Special Education each July.
ARC of Snohomish County
The people at the ARC are very helpful! They can steer you to resources you never knew existed. The ARC also puts on many workshops, trainings, and just plain FUN activities for both adults and children.
Autism Society of Washington
This is a grass-roots organization that can provide many resources. They also sponsor conferences and workshops throughout the state of Washington.
Autism Society of America
ASA is the parent organization of ASW and is the driving force behind a lot of the research happening at the national level for the world of autism.
